If you are considering buying or selling a home, I will hopefully make your job of selecting a real estate agent easier, by telling you to just go ahead and use Carolyn Luke. Carolyn was recently the agent my wife and I used to sell our home in Schenectady, and purchase a new one in Glenville. Both transactions hit snags and roadblocks along the way. Our first buyer lost their financing, and the house we were going to buy pulled out of the deal at the last minute. In all cases Carolyn was right on top of things advocating for our best interests. In the end, we ended up getting a much better price on our house then we originally expected (we couldn't sell it at all last time we tried at a much lower price) and got what I think is a steal on a beautiful new home. She was a tough negotiator, a tireless worker and was just generally an extremely pleasant person to work with

Working with Carolyn was wonderful! As a first time homebuyer, we were completely unsure of the process and Carolyn really helped us throughout it all. She was able to find us the house of our dreams and we are so thankful!
